I run a site giantdays.com, I ran a site giantdays.com for a little over a 6-7 months. I recently did some research to see how the Internet worked for blogger’s. Turns out it didn’t, would be blogger’s are now part-time “twitters” or as they like the term “micro-blogger’s”. The change happened a while back say 6-7 months ago right when my site came into this world or medium. “Who the hell blogs still?” is what I hear constantly when I shared my site with people. The point I meant to make like 3 lines ago is that no one really post anymore. Mini sized feeds or streams of links, photos, video clips and short “check this out’s” are the direction these days and probably forever. So who blogs if any? Corporate companies under different names sharing their same principles for whatever it is they’re selling you or advertising you. Small start-ups that want to reach a new core consumer for their “shop” page. The new format works for me, I’ve already found a new home and this is where the voice is at these days.
